Presenting Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.s widow Coretta, with my work "Faith & Love" dedicated to Dr. King. Much of the message about choosing faith and love, in my sequel to A Christmas Carol, is based upon the principles of that essay.

Wish on Wisdom W.o.W. tm

Building Bridges of Unity With the Wealth of Wisdom

Contained Within All Races, Regions & Religions.

There was once a person granted a wish from Heaven. They could either wish for wealth, or wish for wisdom. The person replied: “I wish for wisdom. For through wisdom, I will unveil the great wealth’s—hidden within all things.”

I created Wish on Wisdom books series, for the principle purpose of—Building Bridges of Unity, With the Wealth of Wisdom Contained Within All Races, Regions, & Religions.

Ultimately my philosophy is not only about building bridges, but more importantly, to assist people in communicating with each other after they’ve been crossed.

For years I have focused on creating stories and music which contribute to transfiguring a you-or-me world, into a you-are-me world.

Therefore, the message within my words is what's important. The stories are certainly entertaining, but if they haven't made a difference in how you see yourself and others, if they haven't expanded your awareness in some small way, if they don't contribute something towards your self-empowerment and wisdom, to me, they failed their purpose.

I don't write to educate. I educate to write.

ABOUT ERIC:

I’ve explored many paths of shadow and light on my journey through life--and each of these paths has yielded its lessons. My purpose: to walk, as Castanda said, “paths of heart”, so as to attain a deeper wisdom of what is to be a powerful human being.

As I journey along each of these paths, I turn these experiences into songs, novels, Zen-poetry, and essays. My philosophy is a simple one: as each of us journey through this world, we are given stones to bear. We will eventually place those stones down building either walls or bridges.

Yet we can, through the vision of our eye, build more bridges of connection with those stones. We can, through wisdom, transfigure walls of division through living actions, and build a world beyond theoretical-bridges of unity---by living the philosophy we speak of. For our words seek to become more than thoughts. This is the core of my writing and music.

Wherever I go and whatever I do, I always keep to heart the core of that vision: that every wall is a bridge. For the shadowy-walls we believe divide us, contain the stones, to build a bridge of light to set us free.

With Your Future In Thought,
Eric Sander Kingston
